My background is an unusual mix – law, hospitality, and brand direction – but each part pulls its weight. Law taught me to think critically and plan for what could go wrong. Hospitality taught me how to listen, ask the right questions, and adapt on the fly. Brand direction taught me how to turn big ideas into something people care about. After 14+ years working directly with customers and clients, I don’t just talk about how to connect; I’ve done it.
